forumZFD is looking for an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Consultant to accompany two indigenous peoples’ organizations in Agusan del Sur on a participatory, reflective, and context-sensitive institutional strengthening journey.
This consultancy will focus on:
✨ Strengthening governance and internal systems
✨ Facilitating participatory organizational assessments
✨ Supporting policy development, strategic planning, and capacity building
✨ Working closely with indigenous leaders and community-based organizations
Duration: March – October 2026
Who should apply: OD practitioners with at least 5 years of experience, strong facilitation skills, and preferably prior work with indigenous peoples or CSOs in Mindanao.
