The Supervisory Board expressly thanks Alexander Mauz for his great commitment and valuable work over the past years. Under his leadership, Pro Peace was strategically realigned and further developed in key areas. Alexander Mauz has had a lasting impact on the organisation and worked to ensure that Pro Peace is a strong voice for peace.
Until a permanent successor is appointed, Caroline Wiegand will manage the affairs of Pro Peace as a member of the Executive Board.
The Supervisory Board has great confidence in the Executive Board member and the staff to continue Pro Peace’s peacebuilding work responsibly and with strong commitment in challenging times.
